Vision
We aim to provide an affordable and convenient service to everyone with a relationship with the local universities. We intend to utilise the Graduate+ scheme to provide opportunities to university students to both stay at the hotel for a reduced rate and work flexible hours. We hope to build a relationship of trust, co-operation and unity with the local universities, students and businesses.
Mission
Our primary objective is to provide value for 80,000 Birmingham student population that stay short-term as opposed to staying in accommodation full time. 60% of our rooms will be priced and furnished accordingly to this market segment. We also wish to provide a convenient service so we display all the available rooms and notify students when a room becomes vacant so they can book. Additionally, we will also aim to target businessmen and delegates that come from all around the world to visit the universities for conferences with more premium rooms.
Strategy
We aim to offer better value for students that attend only a few days each week as opposed to full-time accommodation. Our lower rates are offset by the higher occupancy numbers offered by the 80,000 student population of Birmingham that attend for most of the year.
